The Human Services Committee approved several professional service contracts under General Municipal Law §104(b). Approvals included an authorization for the Chairman and Director to sign a contract with The Warsaw Penny Saver for advertising services (variable usage; not-to-exceed budget) and a contract with Country Kitchen & Pizzeria, 34 South Main Street, Perry, NY 14530 to provide restaurant dining to residents age 60+ (term 1/1/26–12/31/27). The committee also authorized contracts for residential domestic violence services with ACCORD Corporation (Belmont) and Cattaraugus Community Action Inc. DBA Connecting Communities in Action (Salamanca), each not to exceed $10,000 for Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026. Separately, the committee approved a contract with David S. Nathanson, Ph.D., not to exceed $25,000, for mental-health and psychological evaluations for Child Protective and Preventive cases.
