Commission satisfies county aid lien and approves four plats

The Beadle County Board adopted RESOLUTION 06-01-25 directing County Auditor Jill Hanson to satisfy the County Aid Lien on S.L. for the settlement amount of $1,149.37; the minutes note the lien originally recorded as $1,549.37 on file in the Human Services Office and Register of Deeds. The resolution was moved by Jared Zerfoss and seconded by Allen Greenfield and carried on the record.
The board also adopted four plat resolutions: RESOLUTION 02-01-26 (Tract 1 of Stockstill Addition), RESOLUTION 02-02-26 (Lot 2 B.L. Eden First Addition), RESOLUTION 02-03-26 (L & E Homestead), and RESOLUTION 02-04-26 (Baruth Outlot 2). Each resolution instructs the County Auditor to endorse and certify the respective plat, and each was adopted following a motion and second noting the official record.
