The one-time onboarding fee for Ruston would be $25,000 and the annual subscription fee is $2,072.47 (prorated for 2025) with quarterly billing thereafter; the mayor said training and onboarding support are included in the one-time fee. Councilmember Jensen asked about training resources and funding; Hopkins said the cost will be covered using existing funds, including general fund and utility accounts. The council directed staff to proceed with onboarding.
