Board of Adjustment grants conditional use permit for moving 2000 double-wide home

The Beadle County Commission, sitting as the Board of Adjustment on March 10, granted a conditional use permit to Taya Butterfield to move a 2000 double-wide home to a county location where the ordinance requires homes be 10 years or newer.
Chair Denis Drake declared the item and the board moved to approve the permit; the motion was made by Dennis Meyer and seconded by Scott Slepikas and carried. The legal description in the minutes reads: "E550' of S1936.5' of NE ¼ less HWY RW 24-10962." The minutes state the permit was approved "as presented." No concerns, conditions or recorded dissent were included in the minutes.
The Board of Adjustment reconvened as the Board of Commissioners at 10:10 a.m. Documentation for the conditional use permit is maintained in the county records.
