The legal description in the minutes reads: "E550' of S1936.5' of NE ¼ less HWY RW 24-10962." The minutes state the permit was approved "as presented." No concerns, conditions or recorded dissent were included in the minutes.
The Board of Adjustment reconvened as the Board of Commissioners at 10:10 a.m. Documentation for the conditional use permit is maintained in the county records.
