Mayor Bradley J. Frost sworn in, pledges focus on infrastructure and community service

Mayor Bradley J. Frost was sworn in during a special American Fork City Council session Jan. 5 at City Hall and said he is humbled to serve his hometown.
"I was very humbled and have a genuine love for my hometown," Frost said, thanking his family and thanking staff for the day-to-day work that keeps the city running. Frost said recent council discussions have focused on "major infrastructure project[s], development, sewer, and other things essential to daily life," and described those areas as where "the rubber meets the road." He said the council understands the trust residents place in elected officials and that staff deliver much of the city's work.
Frost pledged to work alongside staff and residents and said he rededicated himself to leadership in the city. The special session began at 12:00 p.m.; the council adjourned at 12:30 p.m. The Oath of Office for Frost and the council members was administered by City Recorder Terilyn Lurker.
