Council approved Resolution 25-54 to authorize a development plan for Subarea B of the Sawmill Parkway PUD, which proposes 508 townhome dwellings on approximately 80.44 acres. Planning staff said the plan yields about 6.32 dwelling units per acre in that subarea and recommended seven conditions, including significant tree-preservation areas and additional landscaping and facade upgrades for units fronting Sawmill Parkway.
The applicant's representative said the team worked with staff on sewer realignment and easement adjustments and that they had preserved as many trees as possible. With planning and staff recommending approval, council moved and approved the resolution on roll call.
