Select Board schedules site visits and hearings for proposed road discontinuances

Richard moved to commence the discontinuance process for Ledge Road, Davidson Road, Leper Road and Cloverdale Road and set site‑visit and hearing dates. The motion included specific site‑visit start times (4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.) and subsequent public hearings at 5:30 p.m./5:45 p.m. on the scheduled dates.
Resident Susanna Burnham, an abutter to Ledge Road, asked about notifications; the board said deed searches and mailed notices to property owners and mortgage holders will be performed as part of the process. The motion passed by voice vote.
