Council rezones Walton Lot to R1-12,000 to correct nonconforming parcel

Council members confirmed adjacent properties had been properly notified and discussed the history of the boundary adjustments; Council Member Ernie John moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2026-01-01 approving the zone change subject to staff conditions, Council Member Tim Holley seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
