Under the consolidated Consent Agenda the board approved the minutes from the Nov. 17, 2025 meeting. The motion on the minutes was moved by Elliana Fincher and seconded by Chair Kit Evans; the roll call again recorded unanimous AYE votes. No items were pulled from the consent listing for separate discussion.
