Staff noted the library crack-sealing work "is tied to the closeout of the library project and was identified as necessary for correction by the contractor in the substantial completion," and jurors approved the quote and other items unanimously. The jury also approved Change Order No. 1 for Highway 528 Well #27 (increasing the contract by $10,116 for a replacement pump), declared Tax Assessment No. 108143 surplus and approved redemption by the adjoining owner, and took routine committee reports and departmental updates.
