The Bossier Parish Police Jury adopted Ordinance No. 5100 to amend the Unified Development Code and rezone a 9.600-acre tract (Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 13 West) from Residence-Agricultural (R-A) to B-3 General Business to permit an office warehouse and retail space development. The zoning application was presented by Chris Myers of Coyle Engineering on behalf of applicant John Vice II, with a concept plan and map shown to jurors.
Parish Engineer Eric Hudson said the request received a favorable recommendation from the Bossier City–Parish MPC and the jurors voted to approve the amendment and adopt Ordinance No. 5100. No public commenters opposed on record at the meeting, and the ordinance was adopted by unanimous vote.
