Police Jury authorizes 2024 audit, agreed-upon procedures, and compliance questionnaire

On Nov. 12 the St. Helena Parish Police Jury authorized Minda Rayborn, CPA, to conduct the 2024 audit and authorized the President and the Secretary-Treasurer to sign the Audit Engagement Letter. The motion was offered by Quanika H. Muse, seconded by President Ryan Byrd, and was unanimously carried by jurors present.
Jurors also approved and authorized signing the Management Representation Letter associated with Agreed Upon Procedures for the fiscal period Jan. 1, 2024–Dec. 31, 2024, and the Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire as part of the 2024 audit process.
