Staff noted coordination needs between fence installers and the artificial-turf contractor (to avoid conflicts where posts meet turf and natural grass) and said lighting and grading are largely complete; the turf contractor expects that portion to be done around Thanksgiving. Commissioners asked about access points and gates; staff said gates can be added to provide entry points and that the lower chain‑link bottom was proposed to limit climbing and wear at the grass/turf interface.
