County staff seek $30,489 integration for upgraded cameras and streaming to fix unreliable microphones

Commissioners asked whether other counties use the same system and whether a satisfaction guarantee or maintenance plan is included; Miss West said the vendor has other Georgia customers and recommended periodic maintenance visits.
Staff indicated the project is intended to be scheduled for late September and that some capital or existing fund sources (Slaus 5 referenced) could cover the expense. The item was placed on tonight’s agenda for final action.
