County staff advised that any county contribution serving property inside city limits would likely need a formal intergovernmental or joint funding agreement with the City of LaGrange and recommended waiting for the city’s decision before final county action. Staff also noted existing SPLOST and SPLAS funding mechanisms previously used for parking lots could be applicable if the board and city reach agreement.
