Committee approves 2026–2030 Iron County Outdoor Recreation Plan; forwards to County Board

Tara Krall, Iron County Office Manager, presented the proposed 2026–2030 Iron County Outdoor Recreation Plan to the Forestry & Parks Committee on Jan. 15. Committee member T. Hiller moved to approve the resolution; W. Thomas seconded and the committee voted unanimously to forward the plan to the County Board for consideration.
Krall's presentation accompanied a formal resolution submitted at the meeting and the committee did not amend the text; the motion was recorded as "approve as written." The County Board will consider the plan in its next appropriate session.
