Maintenance and utilities were discussed at the Jan. 12 meeting. Committee members recorded that Murph and Doug Swartz were at the building when Xcel installed a larger gas line; a ticket submitted two years ago to upgrade the gas line had been overlooked during that work. The minutes record the committee expects to receive a credit from Xcel for the difference in gas efficiency over the past two years.
Separately, members agreed to continue the electrical and sign conversation and recorded that Opie will contact Linquist to follow up. The minutes do not record cost estimates, a contractor contract, or a firm timeline for either the electrical/sign work or any invoice/credit from Xcel; those details remain to be provided at a future meeting.
