Summary
Jeremy suggested the commission form a smaller working group, break the Enhanced Energy Plan into sections, and complete work on a schedule so the plan can be certified ahead of the town plan expiration.

Jeremy recommended a pragmatic work plan: divide the EEP into sections, complete focused working sessions outside regular meetings, and bring completed sections back for public meetings and revisions. He suggested seven working sessions—one per major chapter—and recommended the commission form a small working group to meet more frequently than full meetings.
He warned full completion must occur well before the town plan expiration: "The plan would have to be completed 75 days before July 1 is when the town plan expires of 2025." Jeremy also offered to assist in formulating follow-up questions and to provide targeted email responses to members who do not know what to ask state officials.
