Planning Board elects chair, vice chair and assigns representatives
Summary
The Westford Planning Board elected Bob as chair and Joanie as vice chair, assigned representatives to NEMCOG, CPC, stormwater and pedestrian safety committees, and approved draft minutes; motions passed by voice vote.
As part of general business the board conducted routine reorganization and committee appointments. Following nominations and seconds, the board elected Bob as chair by unanimous voice vote; Joanie accepted nomination and was elected vice chair by voice vote as well.
The board assigned representatives to outside and town committees: Joanie will continue as the representative to NEMCOG, Tom agreed to serve on the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) with Darren as alternate, Mike will represent the board on the stormwater panel, and the chair volunteered to represent the board on the pedestrian safety committee. The board then moved to approve draft minutes of the May 18 meeting; the motion carried by voice with one abstention noted. The meeting adjourned following a voice vote.
