Andy Hess reported the county replaced Web AppBuilder deployments with Experience Builder and has created new Experience Builder applications, including a Story Map used in the Comprehensive Plan. He said the Hub is the main site, data cleanup is underway, metadata has been improved, data downloads enhanced, and Arcade functionality expanded. Hess emphasized plans to update apps to be Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant and noted alternative text was added to the Comprehensive Plan Story Map for screen‑reader compatibility.
The report framed ArcGIS Online work as both a technical upgrade and an accessibility improvement. Hess said partial AI integration has been explored for data automation and that staff training will continue on Enterprise, Experience Builder and scripting to support these changes.
