Calumet County GIS outlines parcel‑mapping, NG911 readiness and 2026 priorities

He also said the Parcel Fabric initiative is in a maintenance phase and "parcel data is propagated out to the public every night."
Hess told the council the office would continue to meet state requirements for statewide searchable parcel mapping and PLSS. He described ongoing collaboration with Winnebago and Outagamie counties on NG911 and noted Branch Versioned Editing workflows are in place for NG911 data maintenance. The presentation signaled continued integration of GIS data across county departments and municipalities and a focus on making core datasets compliant with NG911 standards.
The council did not take formal action on these items during the meeting; Hess’s report was informational. The next scheduled Land Information Council meeting is Dec. 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
