Jennifer Rye moved to approve the contracts; Roy Haeger seconded the motion and the measure passed with all members present voting in favor.
Bucknell answered questions from the committee about contract language and confirmed there were no amendments needed for 2025 contracts. The contracting approach clarifies paperwork and compliance steps for smaller providers and aligns department procurement with the state threshold noted at the meeting.
