The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office previously evicted people from the site but Jackson said they returned after the eviction process was completed. Parks suggested cameras or other long-term deterrents; jurors discussed options including signage and notices of video recording. The jurors approved further action by Patrick Jackson and Dr. Ken Ward to proceed with cleanup of the property.
