Board approves agenda and minutes; staff announces schedule and director visit

At the July 10 meeting the board approved the agenda and prior minutes, a staff member announced the next BOZA meeting (Aug. 14 at 10 a.m.), Board of Commissioners hearing (Aug. 5), and that Director Jenny Palmer will attend on July 16.
The Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission convened at 10:00 a.m. on July 10. After calling the meeting to order, the chair asked for approval of the final agenda and the minutes of the previous meeting; a motion was made and seconded and the chair said, “Motion has been made and seconded to approve the final agenda and approve the minutes of the last meeting,” and the board carried the motion on a hand/voice vote.
During announcements, a staff member told the board: “The next Board of Salt Lake appeals and Planning Commission meeting is on August 14 at 10AM. And the next Board of Commissioners meeting to hear this application will be on August 5.” The staff member also said Director Jenny Palmer will be present on July 16. The board then moved into a public hearing for the agritourism item.
