"We couldn't be more excited to bring Grater's to this area," Hudson said.
Commissioners asked about pedestrian crossings, school‑zone signage and whether this drive‑through is typical for the chain; applicants confirmed other Grater's locations have drive‑throughs and that the company plans similar operations. No public comments were received and the commission voted to approve the development plan with standard conditions; staff said permits will follow.
