Commissioners approved the final plat for Heritage Hills Unit 3 during the Feb. 19 meeting after a staff summary of the location and purpose of the plat. Planner Bridget Snow presented the explanation to the commission.
"Snow explained the location and reason for the plat," the minutes record. Secretary Robert Busby moved to approve the final plat; Doug Kern seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
With the vote, the applicant may proceed with final-recording steps and any conditions noted by staff prior to recording.
