Gwaltney Subdivision Unit 2 final plat approved to add right-of-way and easements

Commission approved the Gwaltney Subdivision Unit 2 replat to dedicate more road right-of-way on Excel Road and to add utility and drainage easements; approval was unanimous.
Pottawatomie County planners presented a replat for Gwaltney Subdivision Unit 2 that dedicates additional road right-of-way along Excel Road and creates new utility and drainage easements. Planner Bridget Snow summarized the changes and their purpose.
"[It is a] replat of Gwalteny Subdivision to dedicate more road right-of-way along Excel Road and to add additional utility and drainage easements," Snow said. Secretary Robert Busby moved to approve the final plat; Doug Kern seconded. The commission voted unanimously to approve the replat.
The action will permit recording of the revised plat configuration and the added easements to be reflected in county records.
