The Pottawatomie County Planning Commission on Feb. 19 approved the final plat for Horseshoe Creek Subdivision Unit 3, allowing the creation of one additional residential lot. Planner Bridget Snow told commissioners the filing is a replat of an existing lot to create one new lot.
"It is a re-plat of an existing lot, to create one additional residential lot," Snow said. Vice-Chair Doug Kern moved to approve the final plat; Tatum Couture seconded and the motion carried unanimously. All members present voted in favor.
The Commission did not record conditions beyond the standard final-plat filing requirements in the transcript. The commission minutes show the approval will proceed to any required county recording and staff will complete any outstanding checklist items before final recording.
