Rob noted the property is zoned M-2 General Manufacturing, which permits warehousing, assembly and distribution uses. He said the planned paint storage quantities mean the facility would not be classified as a high-hazard H use under the international building code at this time, but he added that if paint storage increases in the future the use could require a conditional use permit and return to the commission for approval.
