The commission approved a master plan for a proposed gas station located on several parcels within the North Expressway Improvement District. Engineer John Michael Coasey said the master plan was intended to establish the gas station layout while final civil engineering (including septic and curb-cut design) would follow: “I'm...John Michael Coasey with Bridal Engineering...I'm sure to answer any questions you have, regarding the project,” he said. Commissioners noted that civil review could require buffering and other details and that any changes required by civil review would bring the applicant back before the commission if revisions to the master plan were needed. The commission approved the master plan and tied it to the listed parcel numbers.
