The grant is designated for improvements to the 40 Arpent Canal from Guerra Drive to E. St. Bernard Highway.
The resolution was moved by Councilmember Gillis McCloskey and seconded by Councilmember Ryan Randall; the minutes record YEAS from Cusimano, Moran, Meyer, Randall, Mones and McCloskey, with the Council Chair casting a YEA vote.
