Vian board approves 2024–25 encumbrance increases totaling $149,057.73

Board President James Thornton moved to approve the encumbrances; Vice President Jeff Cotner seconded. The motion carried on a recorded vote showing Thornton, Cotner, Simon and Sanford voting yes and Ford absent.
The approval was recorded as part of the presentation of payroll, encumbrances and warrants for all funds. No additional budget amendments were recorded in the minutes for these line items.
