Patrick O’Brien, the Development Services Director, told the Council the applicants had met county requirements and had participated in three staff meetings; he said the annexation agreement will later specify utilities, shoreline protections and zoning. City legal counsel Heather Schriever described minor amendments to the resolution clarifying that a single public entity was the petitioner and removing plurals referencing multiple owners. The motion to accept the petition was moved by Clark Taylor and seconded by Ernie John and passed unanimously.
