Mayor Bradley J. Frost was sworn in as mayor of American Fork on Jan. 5, 2026, at a special session in City Hall. "I was very humbled and have a genuine love for my hometown," Mayor Frost said after taking the oath, noting that the role is amplified when serving in the council chambers.
Frost thanked his family and city staff, saying that staff members are the ones who carry out the details that make city services work. He framed priorities for the new term around infrastructure and essential services, saying recent council conversations had highlighted "development, sewer, and other things essential to daily life" as areas where "the rubber meets the road."
