At the Feb. 23 regular meeting, the Planning Commission elected Glenn Millet as chairman and Arthur Matherne as vice-chairman. Amber Shepard opened the floor for nominations; Arthur Matherne nominated Glenn Millet for chair and Danny St. Pierre nominated Arthur Matherne for vice-chair. With no other nominations, roll-call votes recorded all present members voting in favor and absent members noted. The motions carried and the signatures on the minutes reflect Glenn Millet as Chairman and Arthur Matherne as Vice-Chairman.
The commission adjourned at 6:48 p.m. after the elections and routine closing motions were recorded.
