Planning Commission approves two resubdivisions in Paulina and Rose McGowan Simon Tract

Cody Zeringue sought to divide the Rose McGowan Simon Tract, splitting Lot 2-B into Lot 2-B1 (Item 26-06).
Both motions were approved by roll call with all present commissioners voting yes and two members recorded absent. CEJ’s application was represented by Craig James; Cody Zeringue’s application was represented by Scott Bourgeois. The commission acknowledged the submitted sketches as meeting technical requirements pending formal submission and administrative conditions.
The approvals were recorded as simplified subdivision actions; both items remain subject to any required health department approvals and final delivery of CAD files before full recordation.
