Commission approves Logan Heights subdivision and two Foxholm outlots

The Planning Commission and the township recommended approval based on findings and staff recommendations; commissioners approved the plat by motion with recorded unanimous roll call.
In a separate action the board approved two outlot plats from Joanne Rademacher (portions of the N1/2NW & NWNE of Sec. 13-156-85, Foxholm Township) for continued agricultural use. The township and the Planning Commission recommended approval and the commission adopted the plats based on findings and staff recommendations.
