Andrew Sherman used the public-comment period to raise a complaint about noise from a neighbor’s yard inflatable and asked how the Borough enforces its noise ordinance. Mayor Muilenburg, Borough Manager Mitchell Stern and Borough Attorney Robert Oostdyk addressed the concern during the meeting. Stern and Oostdyk agreed to review the current noise ordinance and to determine available options for enforcement or amendment.
