Training shows options for displaying live tallies and recording vote results

During the demo, Manny walked through the difference between showing vote tallies live and hiding them until the clerk records the vote. He noted some jurisdictions prefer hiding changing tallies while votes are in progress because "some places don't like that because they don't want the public to see the board members kind of being noncommittal about how the votes come."
Attendees confirmed they want the final, individual vote records visible once the vote is recorded: "We do need to show how each person voted," one participant said. Manny demonstrated that clerks can click 'vote results' in the action pane to display the outcome (pass/fail) and the names and choices of attendees for recorded votes. He also explained how consent sections display only the section-level result rather than itemized tallies.
