The Monroe County Board of Commissioners approved two accounts-payable claims reports at its July meeting: $1,455,620.95 (dated 07/08/2026) and $2,492,819.93 (dated 07/22/2026), for a combined $3,948,440.88.
Finance staff identified several vendors on the larger report, including CDW Government Inc. for scheduled computer replacements and Motorola Solutions for a radio gateway replacement at central dispatch. "On page number 1, vendor number 30009, CDW Government Inc., scheduled computer replacements for various departments," said Sue Meyer, director of fiscal services, while reading vendor highlights to the board.
The board approved the first payment motion (moved by Commissioner Swartell, supported by Commissioner Hoffman) and the second (moved by Commissioner Hoffman, supported by Commissioner Levins) by voice and roll call. Commissioners did not request changes to the vendor selections during discussion.
