City manager: housing application ranks second statewide; ribbon cutting set for June 1

Cochran closed by inviting commissioners to a ribbon cutting for the Arthur Lehi Community Center, Navarre Library and the Learning Bank on June 1 at 4 p.m., and thanked the board for its cooperation on downtown development projects including the museum expansion. Commissioners responded with appreciation and noted they would attend where possible.
