The town clerk walked the council through the pending items; Elise Pear described her business model and said the LLC structure had a clear certificate of good standing in the state.
Pear told the council she started Graze on Main in 2020 and had grown the business into catering and retail provisions; she explained wine tastings and guided pairings would be a community focus. The council approved the motion by voice vote 5–0 with the license to be issued only after the clerk verifies all legal requirements are satisfied.
