Planning staff agreed to change the utility easement to an irrigation easement, update the legend and lines, and return the plat for final signature. The board approved the short plat contingent on those corrections and authorized the chair to sign the finalized plat once staff confirmed the updates.
The action was procedural approval contingent on corrected plat language and easements; no final lot sales or building permits were authorized at the meeting.
