The group decided to form a joint subcommittee—three members from each board, the respective directors and the town manager—to shape the study scope.
Board members Rick Worley, Doss Cummings and Rodney Overby volunteered to serve on the joint subcommittee. Houchins said he would meet with Felicia Shelor in Meadows of Dan soon to discuss potential community impacts and coordination.
