The Tripp City Council put two one-day beer-licensing requests on their first readings.
Councilmember Glen Batterman moved to place a one-day beer license for the fire department on May 30 on its first reading; Councilmember Randy Squier seconded and the motion carried. Separately, Councilmember Cody Fischer moved and Councilmember Randy Squier seconded placing a one-day beer license for the Alumni Committee on July 4 on its first reading; that motion also carried.
Both items were advanced on first reading; the minutes do not show final issuance of the licenses at this meeting.
