Board awards Blackwater River Park hunting leases to Dunn Hunt Club after competitive bids

Board members asked procedural questions about residency preferences for lessees and learned legal counsel had previously advised the county it cannot exclude bidders based on residency. The board moved to accept staff's recommendation and authorized execution of both leases.
