Council Recommends Hiring Kyle Kirsch for Lawsuit Against Port of New Orleans; One Member Dissent

The motion (moved by Gillis McCloskey and seconded by Ryan Randall) recorded YEAS from Cusimano, Moran, Meyer, Randall and McCloskey; Councilmember Amanda Mones voted NAY and Council Chair Fred Everhardt cast his vote as NAY. The minutes record the motion as adopted; no further discussion or retainer terms are transcribed in the minutes.
