Council approves multiple emergency ordinances and contracts, including dispatching arrangement and tree services

- An emergency ordinance (26-O-3361) authorizing contracting for the Joshua Dixon and West Salem sanitary sewer replacement project was approved; the ordinance directs the city manager to enter into a contract with Rudsic Excavating of Struthers, Ohio for materials and construction.
Council also approved a motion to read ordinances and resolutions by title only and accepted several bids and packet reports. Most measures were approved by unanimous roll call as recorded in the meeting transcript.
