Mark also outlined dispensing options: a cabinet (underground components) approach could cost about $12,000 more and require roughly eight additional feet of space, whereas above‑ground equipment would be easier to access for maintenance. The commission supported pursuing a design that balances affordability and operational needs and asked Mark to provide refined cost estimates at the next meeting.
