The Grant County Fair Board on Jan. 12 agreed to revise its bylaws to include the word "Rodeo" throughout the document and to change its regular meeting schedule to quarterly meetings at 6:00 p.m., with at least one month's notice.
Staff member Mindy Winegar told the board she would "finalize updated bylaws wording (especially regarding meeting frequency and inclusion of 'Rodeo' in relevant sections) via email and send to county court after any additional feedback from board members." Members agreed bylaws should be reviewed annually in January and sent to county court by February. The board recorded a motion to approve the updated wording and times (motion recorded as approved during the meeting).
